IGEX Technologies Ltd has announced that, De La Rue has agreed to sell their Cash Systems division, excluding Cash Processing Solutions (CPS), to The Carlyle Group.
Going forward, De La Rue will focus solely on our Security Paper and Print division.
These moves will enable each of De La Rue two businesses to develop strongly, focused strategies for customers while evolving into new growth areas.
The financial strength of The Carlyle Group in support of the management team of Cash Systems declares that the business will continue to build on the successful strategy of the last four years to re-invigorate its products, services and capabilities. The business is performing well and has made an excellent start to the new financial year.
