Exciting news from De La Rue Cash Systems as the Carlyle Group, one of the world's largest private equity firms, acquires the business.  From September 2008, a new company will be formed trading as Talaris.  All the patents, technology, skills and know-how of De La Rue Cash Systems will be vested in the new Talaris business.
